Sri Venkateswara University is a public research university in Tirupati Andhra Pradesh. The university campus has a large plot of land granted by Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams. It is also Andhra Pradesh's second-oldest institution, after Andhra University. There are four colleges at the university: the College of Arts, the College of Science, the College of Commerce, Management & Computer Sciences, and the College of Engineering. Sri Venkateswara University admission is offered to a variety of postgraduate programmes. SVU Tirupati admissions to all PG programmes are managed by the Directorate of Admissions (DOA).
